Room Reservation System

  1. Before borrowing, please confirm that no one is using the time period, and then fill out the online application form.
  2. Please fill in the form for reservation, and it will be updated in the website calendar after 1-3 working days after approval.
  3. Go to Room Reservation Form
  4. Borrowers should complete the application 3 working days before borrowing, and please check whether it is approved by yourself. 
  5. The office reserves the right to review and revoke the use.
  6. If you are not our faculty or students wish to use the space, please contact the TM Office in advance at 02-2730-1134 or via email at tmoffice@mail.ntust.edu.tw.
